Unknown Racing – Terms of Sale & Limited Liability
By purchasing any product from Unknown Racing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Use at Your Own Risk
All products sold by Unknown Racing are used, modified, aftermarket, or performance parts unless otherwise stated. Installation and use of these products are at the customer's sole risk.
2. Professional Installation Recommended
Unknown Racing strongly recommends that all products be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, or failure to follow applicable instructions may result in product failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.
3. No Guarantee of Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that products are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Unknown Racing is not responsible for incorrect orders or compatibility issues.
4. Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all products are sold "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unknown Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, towing expenses, vehicle damage, labor costs, or personal injury arising from the purchase, installation, or use of any product.
6. Maximum Liability
If Unknown Racing is found legally liable for any claim, the maximum amount recoverable shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Customer Responsibility
The customer assumes all responsibility for inspecting products before installation and ensuring that they are suitable and safe for their intended application.
8. Motorsports Use
Certain products may be intended for off-road or competition use only. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding vehicle equipment and emissions.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Unknown Racing operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Acceptance
By purchasing from Unknown Racing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
